Chilly and a little damp for the weekend so I didn't get to show much art.
This is the first year for the gallery and we had a lot of interest for the number of people that showed up.
We quickly became the "talk of the camp".

This place had legions of really HUGE spiders and a mouse that went skipping across the field.
Didn't get much sleep because of the spiders. (I'm talking a LOT of spiders.)
Traded a rifle and a wedge tent for the big tent. The camp has evolved.
(
Now I don't have to put the art away to keep it dry.)

Huge storm while we were setting up. We sat it out with a game of Pente and a bottle of wine.
It was a great test for the new tent. Good thing we showed up ~ there were only 5 other camps.

Very pretty area ~ lightning bugs lit up the trees at night ~ better show than Christmas in New York City.
Sort of a big drunk fest ~ we just watched and laughed.
This is the biggest camp so far ~ one 8'x10' wall tent, two large rain flies, three wedge tents ~ long settup time.
Did a lot of work for this rendezvous. Few showed up. No sales.

New York is always great and this year was no exception. Lots of drinking and song in the French camp.
My indentured servant finally got it together and learned the job. All went smooth until we were forced inside by rain.
Got approval to be a vendor next year.

The new sign drew in the people.(We were having a problem with people not crossing the shade boundary)
Lots of tourist traffic made this one good for the gallery. This is a fun rendezvous for the tourists. Lots to see and do.
I encountered a lot of old friends and had some shining times with some new ones.
